Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information NOLOER ("we", "us") collects through this website and checkout, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you check out, you give us:
- Your first and last name, email address, phone number, and shipping address
- The plan you choose and your order total
- Your answers to four short questions: your age range, what a typical week looks like, your main goal, and your biggest obstacle
If you enter a separate billing address in our checkout form, it is shown back to you for review but is not sent to or stored by us. Stripe collects the payment details it needs on its own payment page.
After you pay, Stripe tells us whether the payment succeeded and the brand and last four digits of the card used. We never receive or store your full card number, expiry date, or security code.
Automatically, with your order we record the website that referred you, any campaign tags in the link you followed (such as UTM parameters), and your browser type. Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
- To process, ship, and support your order, including returns and refunds
- To take payment and send your receipt (through Stripe)
- To recommend a plan based on your answers
- To understand which campaigns and plans bring customers to us
- To prevent fraud, keep the site secure, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We don't send marketing emails or text messages from this checkout.
Health-related information
Some privacy laws, such as Washington's, can treat answers about goals like weight management as consumer health data. We use these answers only to recommend a plan and to understand our orders. We don't sell them, we don't use them for targeted advertising, and we will delete them on request.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the store, and only what each one needs:
- Stripe, our payment processor, receives your email, name, phone, shipping address, and order details to process and record your payment.
- Vercel hosts this site and stores our order records.
- Our fulfillment partner receives your name, shipping address, and phone number to pack and deliver your order.
- Zippopotam.us receives only the 5-digit ZIP code you type, to fill in your city and state automatically.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or prevent fraud, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and tracking
Our pages don't set cookies and don't run analytics or advertising pixels. Stripe's payment page may use cookies for security and fraud prevention, as described in Stripe's own privacy policy. During checkout, your browser temporarily keeps your first name and chosen plan in session storage to personalize the confirmation page; it is deleted as soon as that page reads it.
If we add analytics or advertising tools, we'll update this policy before we do.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them to fulfill and support orders and to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements, and then delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We won't treat you differently for exercising them.
Children
This site and our products are for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
Payments are handled on Stripe's secure platform, and our order records are kept in private storage. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Contact
To make a privacy request or ask a question, use the customer support contact shown on your order receipt email and include "Privacy request" in your message.
