These terms apply when you visit this website or place an order with NOLOER ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them, along with our Privacy Policy andShipping & Returns policy.

1. Who we are

NOLOER sells triPATH™ daily drops as an independent marketing partner. NOLOER is not the manufacturer of the product, and this site is not operated by the manufacturer.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. We currently ship only to addresses in the United States.

3. Not medical advice

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is a dietary supplement, not a drug, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Information on this site — including the plan we pair you with and any serving amount a plan suggests — is general product guidance. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a prescription. Read the product label before use, and talk to your doctor before starting if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, manage a health condition, or have a fish or shellfish allergy. Stop using the product and seek medical care if you have a reaction.

4. Orders and pricing

• Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping is free on every order.
• Every purchase is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, membership, or automatic renewal.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a price or product was listed in error, the product is unavailable, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund it in full.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe on its secure payment page. We never receive or store your full card number, expiry date, or security code; we keep only the card brand and last four digits with your order record. By completing payment, you authorize the charge for your order total.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Delivery, cancellations, returns, and refunds are covered by ourShipping & Returns policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Product information

We work to keep product information accurate. Product images are illustrations and may differ from the packaging you receive; the label on the product you receive is the authoritative source for ingredients, directions, and warnings. Individual experiences vary, and we don't promise any specific result.

8. Using this site

Please don't misuse the site: no fraudulent orders, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, and no automated scraping. We may refuse service to anyone who does.

9. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including the triPATH™ name and branding, is owned by NOLOER or its licensors.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided "as is." Products are sold with any warranties that applicable law requires and that cannot be excluded; otherwise, we disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law allows.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and the laws of the state in which NOLOER is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right that cannot be waived under the law where you live.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
